Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Microtransaction infested browser game! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
(World of Tanks: Iron Storm) is one of thousands of nasty browser games infesting the "free" section of the Steam store, but it's not really free, and it's not really a PC game... this is a glorified webpage. I really hope that when gamers just take even a glance at this they can tell it's a Chinese browser scam... at best a mobile app, click or tap on tanks to pretend they are fighting, but of course no skill is involved in these things... the winner is determined by who spent the most money in the cash shop. These kinds of games are cancer... they don't even provide a meaningful or interesting experience from a "video game" perspective. I'd rather play Asteroids. Anyway since the developer is gleefully infringing on the World of Tanks trademark (owned by Wargaming, from 2010 onwards), it's likely this will be removed from Steam for that trademark/copyright/intellectual property violation. I can't just make a crappy browser game and call it "Star Wars", Disney would rip me to shreds. You can't steal other people's IP and trademarks. There's only a superficial "game" here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, this webpage is just a veneer wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app-like real money transaction cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app tier monetisation aside... this is a webpage. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could browse the web, and I don't think you did either... Steam isn't here to compete with Firefox and Chrome. The presence of this game on Steam is just a desperate attempt from a shady web developer to try scam a wider audience, an audience you certainly should not be part of. Like most mobile app cash grabs, you're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement to play this browser game... for a lowest possible quality webpage, this is clearly intended to strip away your consumer rights and compromise your privacy. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections and consumer rights that gamers expect to have, which is a major red flag. "Developers" need to realize they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I let my cat walk over the keys during the EULA prompt, which solved the issue for me. There's no English translation, but it's no loss. The language of bad quality shovelware products is universal. Let's talk about price and the value this represents for us gamers. This game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 8 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
