御龙在天-平衡国战版 is a broken P2W "freemium" Chinese "MMO" cash grab that's been dumped on Steam and left in an unplayable state. The Chinese developers ripped the back end servers, so the game doesn't launch. When it did run, it was just a cash harvesting scheme as the developers tried to get a hold of gamers credit card numbers. Because this is broken, it's just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuine games.
