This is a great demo of what can be accomplished with the SteamVR Toolkit. Thanks for showing what it can do in the form of a variety of mini-games. I encourage everyone to checkout the github page to view the source-code, its really helpful stuff!
Really fun, but can't pick up the gun in duck shooter game. Also need to have more games, and if you able to walkarout that would be awesome.
For me, the physics of almost every game (except the Skee Ball equivalent) felt way off. I only played 0.1 hours, and that was still enough time to do and see everything. I even played half of the games three or four times. The basketballs were the bounciest things I've played with in my entire life. There was no way to use the backboard, because if I hit anything, except the net itself, the balls would go flying back towards me (even when I threw it as lightly as I could). The duck shooting could have been fun, if the aim on the guns worked a little better. They weren't atrocious or anything, they just always seemed slightly off-center, so it resulted in me just spamming the trigger until I hit something. I started off having fun with the strength test game, until I realized that on your third hit it will ALWAYS come up short. If the goal was to replicate the rigged mechanics of an actual carnival, then success. But those kind of manipulated physics were annoying after a while. Lastly, the Ferris wheel. I will say, they did a good job of making me feel the sense of scale and height necessary for this ride. But there was literally nothing to look at. You can see the other games, all clumped into one corner of the map, and then there's nothing but blocky green shrubbery. If I just wanted a sense of height, I'd go play one of the numerous "face-your-fear-of-heights" games. I would have liked something to look at. If you're looking for a fun carnival-esque game, I'd recommend NVIDIA VR Funhouse. It just pulls off the mechanics better - not to mention monumentally advanced graphics, in comparison to Funfair.

GTX 970, Core i5 2500K, 16GB RAM, HTC Vive This runs smoothly on my hardware. This is a fun casual VR game, but would have liked to see a non-timed mode. I'd like to be able to play some of the games infinitely, such as basketball.
