This is a fun and engaging game where you take on forklift assignments across a variety of locations. Completing these assignments lets you unlock operators, forklifts, paint jobs, and decals, which add to the sense of progression. There are 10 locations, each offering 8 to 10 assignments which last about 2 minutes on average. The difficulty levels are well thought out, with two casual modes that remove time limits while still allowing you to progress. This makes the game approachable for different types of players.
The gameplay holds up well and feels exactly as advertised in the trailer. I didn’t encounter any bugs, and everything ran smoothly and quickly. The training mode does a great job of teaching you the basics before throwing you into career mode. While there is a small learning curve in certain situations, like when cargo ends up in tricky positions, this isn’t a bad thing. These moments feel like part of the physics-based challenges that make the game fun.
Another highlight is the inclusion of mini-games that add variety by swapping out the “serious” assignments for playful challenges. This is a great addition and shows how much the game can do with a single core mechanic. It even sparks ideas about what other creative features could be added.
Visually, the game is a standout. The flat colors and clean lighting give it a polished, appealing look, and it feels less cluttered compared to the “realistic” simulators out there. The multiple camera options—like isometric, top-down, first-person, and forklift cam—make the gameplay flexible and user-friendly.

Despite its strengths, there are a few areas that feel underdeveloped. One issue is the repetitive background sounds across locations. For example, the beeping of a truck reversing fits perfectly in the Docks or Industrial Supply levels but feels out of place on a Farm or in the Furniture Direct store. Similarly, the background music, while not annoying, is the same throughout the game. More location-specific sounds and themed music could have made the environments feel more immersive.
Another area for improvement is the lack of variety in effects when props are destroyed. Whether it’s wood, metal, or glass, everything produces the same sound and dust effect. Adding more specific effects, like wood splinters or metal bending, would make these interactions more satisfying. Additionally, bumping the cargo itself has no real consequences, which feels like a missed opportunity to add tension or stakes—especially in levels that could feature fragile or hazardous items like glass or explosives.

At its current price, it’s a solid value, and the smooth, polished gameplay makes it easy to recommend. I’ll definitely return to this game for some casual fun, and I’m excited to see what the developer might create in the future.
