Tags: Sports Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Its a nice engine but the core gameplay just isnt there. AI is too dumb. Controls are too wonky. Xbox360 pad works out of box and game offers PC monitor resolutions support. Ball physics felt good. What kills this game is that the enemy A.I. feels very deficient. Wastes your time by keeping the ball for no apparent reason. Cannot handle the goalie at all making easy to block shots go right through. Additionally, the control scheme is odd with you controlling all rows at once. Finally even if you physically block the ball with one of your guys, all it will do is slow the ball long enough for you to press a button to correctly stop it. However the only reliable way of doing that is to use the shoot button, which often meant I was just shooting semi-randomly just to regain ball control. Aiming controls felt difficult to operate as well with directional arrows only showing for brief moments when you catch a ball. The whole trickshot-mechanic felt broken, with some odd powerbar that has obscure requirements. I played the entire tutorial and it didnt seem to really do anything else than just a regular shot anyways.
