Final Warrior quest is a parody JRPG. Developed entirely in Japan, thus making it a true Japanese Role-Playing Game. Recognizing the inherent foibles of the genre, Final Warrior Quest has tried to mitigate the annoyances while utilizing a humorous tone.

Short, sweet and hilarious. If you want to play an RPG and you want something that isn't serious, then play Final Warrior Quest. Give yourself two hours and prepare to laugh, there's not much else to it. The combat can be a little annoying to start but it gets better, and the game's setup is pretty user friendly with restoration points. I laughed the whole way through and few comedic games accomplish that. Each character has useful abilities so you have to think about what you're doing but it isn't heinously complicated. There's a fun augmentation system for equipment too.
defently a epic adventure with some hilarious writing Ted is a really funny main character XD

I gave up on this one, because it kept crashing.
After playing through out the whole game and saving after every battle encounter to avoid crashing and having to restart my progress, I'd give it a 6.5/10. Not the best, but this is the closest game I can find that is free that mostly resembles a game with RPG elements. I recommend playing this if you're looking for a free 5-6 hour rpg game. Just save your game alot.

It's a parody, and it does that part really well, so I'll recommend it because of that. Honestly though, it's a pretty rough, and you need to be delicate with the game (unless they've updated and fixed issues since I write this) so don't try and rush it. Though if you're hear for the comedy you shouldn't want to rush it either.
RPG Maker strikes again! Final Warrior Quest is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel JRPG ripoffs spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. Final Warrior Quest has a "joke" theme as it wasn't written as a serious or genuine attempt to create a game for gamers (although the fact it's an RPG Maker asset/template flip already tells us that). The quality is particularly low even for RPG Maker asset flip shovelware. While it might be better if this had never been released on Steam under the guise of a professionally developed game, the developer has done the right thing by making their RPG Maker construction kit effort free, although just because something is free, doesn't mean it's good. Gamers who want a good retro JRPG experience would be better off playing the originals, like Final Fantasy, Star Ocean or Chrono Trigger. While this is free, the quality, thanks to RPG Maker being a terrible game engine, is far too low to recommend to PC gamers.
