Always a huge fan of this game! Class system has always been one of my favorites of all with customization that you can do. So happy to be able to relive my love for this game on PC now as well :)

Great FF game, Story is solid, gameplay feels good.

I played FFXII, and I hated it. I'm 20 hours into the game, and I'm profoundly disappointed. The constant backtracking is disgusting. You can't really immerse yourself in the game because, if you want to understand all its gimmicks and mechanics, you need to read a guide. Some hunts become available as soon as you enter a new area, but then you have to go all the way back to Rabanastre, talk to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bunny, track down the petitioner, and so on. The game gives you absolutely no indication that you should do any of this. This is a recurring problem I have with JRPGs. I also couldn't care less about the story because the characters are dull and receive virtually no development, just pre-rendered cutscenes with the depth of a Mexican soap opera.
