Alongside Tactics Ogre, one of the best Tactical RPGs of all time. I like the new mouse controls. You can also now undo the walk move, which made it even smoother to try different strategies. English voiceover is quite nice and the quick-skip button was a welcome addition. Bought it with a -30% discount, finished it in 45h. Mods will solve anything you don't like about this version. Just get it.

Pretty faithful remix, been waiting long time for this one actually and it didn't disappoint!

Top Tier Remaster of the already amazing original. Must play if your a fan of the series.

I really enjoyed the original version on the Playstation 1. The added voice overs add a nice layer of immersion as does the "canvas" effect they have used over the old 16 bit graphics. The guest AI can still be a bit annoying, but I am enjoying the over all experience,

I’ve previously played *Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions*, and in this version, the scale has clearly improved—especially in terms of audio, graphics, and overall quality-of-life features. The voice acting feels carefully crafted rather than rushed, and the story becomes far more immersive than before. What starts as a conflict between kingdoms gradually unfolds into a deeper struggle over power and human desire—revealing how people are often driven to seek more than what they already have. It’s a reminder that human nature is rarely satisfied with just a single desire, so caution is always necessary. There’s not much more for me to criticize about this game. I genuinely enjoyed playing it, especially since I experienced it through Steam sharing. I understand that the price may feel expensive, considering it builds upon both the original and updated versions of the game, but I can confidently say—you won’t regret it once you’ve played and completed it.
