Thought I could stay away before 1.0. My saving grace is that I've restarted like 3 times because I maniacally want the perfect start But a bit wrong to do, IMO. Fields of Mistria is best savored slowly, letting time pass as you improve this community. The dialog is wonderfully dynamic, really giving this vibe of joining a small town The gameplay and farming mechanics are thoughtful with a ton of QOL features built-in. It's heavier on mining and the lore of all that thus far, which I am ok with! But the farm somewhat takes a backseat here

As someone coming from Stardew Valley I was nervous to play this game at first. But then I really gave it a chance and it was the best choice I made. This game feels amazing and I would most definitely recommend it to any Stardew Valley player and anyone trying to get into cozy farming games
