Far Cry® 6

Far Cry 6 is a weird game. Weird as in it doesn't know what it wants to be. There are several attempts for a more guerilla-style gameplay loop/theme, but it doesn't really break free of the standard Far Cry gameplay to have a notable impact. It has several political and philosophical ideas, but it never actually sharpens them into a point. There's a whole new ammunition type system, but all problems can be solved with AP rounds to the head. This is a game where an ally horrifically dies in a cutscene, when five minutes ago you were fighting with a tamed gator and a makeshift gun that shoots music disks. It's not a great game by any standard, but if you keep your expectations realistic, it's worth getting on a deep sale.
