Fap Queen is a kinky JOI (jerk off instruction) game, where you have to follow the Queen's tasks in real life (and sometimes her assistant's instructions... who might be a bit meaner). If you endure their tease and torment long enough, you'll get a reward in the end *wink wink* Just avoid asking them too early, as you might get... less desirable outcomes.
