This particular puzzle game works much better than some of the others I've tried, however the edge pieces not slotting into place against the sides of the center area is an odd choice, and annoying because when one puts another piece into place the entire puzzle shifts to where you'd left the new piece on the board when you're in range. I'd rather not have the puzzle I'm working on jolt around like the people in the picture are suffering through an earthquake. This is my only problem with the functionality of the game though. The business model of a free teaser set of images followed by multiple sets of DLC can get on one's nerves even though it seems to be the standard for jigsaw puzzle games like this one, however here it isn't as bad since all the achievements can be grinded out with just the core set of images in the free pack. You don't even have to change the number of pieces. I really appreciate it. So why the negative review, if this is overall one of the better free puzzle games on steam? Undisclosed AI usage. All images are made using AI, and this isn't mentioned anywhere. I don't take nearly as hard of a stance on generative AI as I should, even when it comes to cheap paid products, but not being open about using AI crosses the line for me especially when you stand to gain financially. Steam has an AI disclosure feature for a reason, use it. The only reason I can think of to not do so would be to take advantage of players who might not be aware, tricking them into spending money on what they think is honest work. I'm not good at spotting AI images, so while I felt something was a little off I might not have thought about it any further and picked up some DLC if it weren't for some of the other reviews warning me. Had the AI usage been disclosed I still might've bought some DLC packs I was interested in if I enjoyed the core experience enough, however by failing to do so you've lost my trust and any chance of getting money from me. Yes, I realise that one person buying a few packs on sale results in very little income for you so you're not gonna feel this individual loss (and may even think it's kind of funny I said anything) but I'm sure I'm not the only one who will feel this way. I'm sure I'll still keep playing to try and 100% the game with the free puzzles, so thanks for the entertainment value you've provided, however I can't in good conscience recommend this to others.
