Robbed Played this game for years, decided I’d hop back in so I reinstalled it and can’t find my saved vault anywhere. I’ve spent a good few hundred bucks on this game and spent tons of time on it over the years, what a big waste. And yes it was saved to the cloud. I go to the achievements in the App Store for the game and I have 16/19 but my save is gone ? Wow.

Fun Until Paywalls This game is built around an interesting concept of being a vault manager and managing resources to keep your vault alive, and hopefully to thrive. Solid idea. Then wait mechanics set in. And you can speed them up by, you guessed it, micro-transactions. But wait, there’s more! If your vault falls or ends up in a bit of trouble, which WILL happen since the vault is online even when you’re idle! Don’t worry though—you can spend NUKA COLA BOTTLES (which you buy through more microtransactions) to “save” your settlement! You can integrate micro-transactions ethically, by making them entirely optional, cosmetic only, with more than enough content for free players so if you just want a bonus, you can just pay a bit to add some stuff. This game is solidly in the toxic model of F2P games. This game is pay-to-win. In other words… Bethesda’s natural habitat.

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money No app support exists. Try to log into the support page and reset password but never receive a link through email. The game allows you to spend your nuka cola quantum without giving you anything. Spent 5 bottles to rush a dweller home from exploring and it took the bottles with no rush. The game is poorly serviced and does not offer support. Even after paying for the season pass for $9.99, this still happens. Don’t download. Save your time.
Ads need to be fixed I love this game, it’s a great distraction from the dystopian world that we are slowly creating. But the adds need to be fixed. I am perfectly fine with watching an add every 2 hours for a random gift. But it doesn’t give you the gift haft the time so what’s the point. Other people have left reviews on the same issue so why hasn’t the issue been resolved yet?
Would be a 4 but.. I got to the max pop on regular and no way to upgrade or get bigger kinda sucks. I use the ads. The one with 4 things you can get is bugged and same for the 30 speed up in the waste land. The bug is you don’t get rewarded after the ad. It’s happened more than 10 times. Another thing would be improvement would be like an interface to send people out in the wasteland instead of only drag and drop. Another improvement would be a more advanced filter for dwellers. I have more but this review is getting too long. I love the game but could use some bug fixes and community psa.
We casual players do not have multiple hours to stay on here to keep everyone alive Yall need to fix the way this game is designed , half of us are grown adults that have lives we can’t just sit on this game and constantly watch for our dwellers not too get attacked or take care of the food supplies/ energy ….I don’t mind spending money in the game but at least make it playable for people that actually have lives , not constantly needing to check up on our vaults every second
