Fundamentally Broken. I figured I would give this game a fair chance despite all the terrible reviews it has received. As you might have noticed, my fair chance was 14 minutes long. The best way I can review this is by explaining what happened in those 14 minutes. -I click New Game, make a faction and choose 4 of the other factions at opponents. I choose not to mess with the map settings, hoping that the default will lead to a more stable game. -A screen appears that lets me choose various options to start the game with. I choose to start with 2 units and to search various houses for supplies. As it turn out over the next ten minutes, this screen appears to have literally no effect on the game to come. -I spawn in a vast 100 x 100 tile map. Unfortunately, 8 other AI factions (not 4, as I selected) spawn within 6 tiles of me in one now very crowded corner of the map. The rest of the map is devoid of life. -There's no tutorial and no tooltips, so I click around a bit until I get a feel for what there is to do (not a lot). I spawn a unit who goes to a town and fails to do...something. I'm not sure what he was trying to do, but he fails at it. -Over the next 4 turns, each AI spawns units at their base and all of them proceed to just stand where they spawn, not moving or performing any actions. I also spawn four units, one a turn (even though I selected 2 units at the start?) -One of my units has found a crossbow, I figure out that the arrow button on the unit panel opens up the stats screen for that unit and equip it. (and for some reason, having that panel open deactivates every other button in the game while it's open). I'm curious as to what the combat is like, so I send my now armed unit to fight an enemy unit. I choose one at random out of the crowd of fifteen or so that have been standing motionless around my base. I'm presented an option, Attack, Auto Resolve or Flee. I choose attack. -The battle screen opens. Imagine an X-Com battle if the map was entirely flat, brown and nearly featureless with a couple of trees and cars that apparently don't provide cover. I look around but can't see an enemy so I pass the turn. The enemy appears out of apparently nowhere and runs towards me. It's now my turn. I choose attack but I only have an attack range of one square. That's odd, don't I have a crossbow? I check my inventory and the crossbow had unequipped itself at the start of the battle. I re-equip it but I still have a range of one. Long story short, he punches me once, I punch him (with my crossbow?) four times and I win. -I come back to the world map. Unfortunately, the game appears to have broken. All the units that have been built, both mine and the AIs, have despawned. Also, every town, mission and supply drop within fifty squares of me have also despawned. I select my base but my options are greyed out. I pass the turn. Nothing happens. The end. In other words, in less than 10 minutes of gameplay, I encountered no less than eight different bugs, one of which broke the game completely. Can't wait for the sequel.

Соглашусь с мнением большинства. Невозможно в эту игру играть, багов полно ничего не работает как надо, да еще и нагружает компьютер. Определенно не стоит внимания
So bad
Can't play it if it keeps crashing all the time. The game looks dated.
It's the fall of something alright...
