So if you never played F1 and want to try for some simple racing, this is not for you. I'm fed up with being bored to death in career mode managing bollocks like office set up, calendars, uniforms - ffs, I just want to race. 15 minutes in and can't race yet. This is like an RPG game for F1 fans. Not for casual racer.

Driving, feeling of actual speed, physic simulation are really good. Vehicles and tracks are extremely detailed so it looks almost real in some cut scenes. Which brings us to first negative point - crew members sometimes are straight from uncanny valley and the animation just hurt your eye. There are tons of this cinematic moments so half is just pure cringe fest. Speaking of cringe: drama mode really broke me but maybe that's why is called break point. You play as a female and male driver for a whole season and despite choosing one you still forced to drive with both. The story is less existing than a day in kindergarten. You can skip most of it except for faked interview and here the protagonists show less emotions than my freshly ironed shirt. Also why is the women here less attractive than all the man in the game. Girls are playing race games too so make her at least adorable. Another mode is my team and wow... It's kinda light rpg with items and contracts with all rarities from common to epic that makes the car faster. Of course there are XP, levels and battle pass is called podium pass. And in this mode the whole F1 license is gone, and I get a 2 second penalty for touching ladyboy. I was on the inside of the corner performing a clean overtaking while breaking later. In general AI is either crazy fast or extremely slow while blocking when you try to overtake. Sometimes also aggressive like hell including ramming from behind so expect to receive penalties. VR was great in time trial mode.
