Exodus Exodus is a very unique puzzle game where you play as the disembodied hand of God. Don't worry, you don't have to be religious to enjoy this game! The game has 45 levels. They're put in different sections and each section has a certain focus point to solve the puzzle. For instance, in one section you have to use spikes and in another its all about color. To play the game you only have to use your mouse. You move the hand around and by clicking you can make magic happen! Sometimes it feels like the hand is not completely listening to you and therefor you can mess up what you were trying to do. But fear not, you can try again! Some puzzles are fairly easy to figure out but some can also be quite challenging! Especially since the game doesn't have a tutorial so you really have to just try to click and drag everything. All with all I've completed the entire game in roughly 3 hours. The game doesn't have achievements, which I personally always find a shame! I do however see potential in adding them! The art style of the game might not be my first choice but the soundtrack makes up for it! It's really good! I'm rating this game a 7/10 Talking about an underrated game, this is it. This is the one. This game deserves so much more than what it's getting right now! I enjoyed playing this game so much!
I figure leaving a comment on day 1 is valuable. At the moment I've played about 1/4th of the game by my guess. While I can't for sure say how many levels there are in the game, a quick glance at the game files makes me think there are many levels to go. I'm currently on level 23 or something like that. It's one of those games where I can play a while, but then need to take a break and let my brain unwind before trying more levels. Because it's a puzzle game, and I get stuck. I think overall the puzzles are set up pretty decently and most puzzle solving fans will likely pick it up pretty quickly. There is a lot of solid content here for the price, and as someone who isn't even a puzzle fan I think this is very worth it.
Actually wholesome-chungus, actually original puzzle design. I'm only a bit in, but already have been surprised/impressed several times :)
The story of exodus is learned in multiple religions. Great game to challenge your kids, and yourself(later stages get super hard)
Wow!! really liked it! <33
Laid back little indie puzzle game with a Biblical spin! This game will test your problem-solving skills and your reflexes. Taking out Pharaoh's men has never been so satisfying. Beautiful soundtrack. 10/10
First! Stuck on level with an arch and an iron ball attached to it. Can't figure out what the ball does and making waves gets me nowhere.
My buddy bought me a copy of Exodus to try out. I’m on level 19 right now. Really enjoying it so far. It’s a puzzle game where you basically play as the floating hand of God (kind of like the “hand of God” thing). You use your mouse to move around and interact with the environment. No keyboard needed. You click to do spells or trigger certain aspects. The puzzles are smart. They start off easy enough to get you into it, but it ramps up pretty well. Some of them definitely made me take a break and come back with fresh eyes. I like that it doesn't really hold your hand with a tutorial. You just experiment until it clicks. Art style is pretty simple and retro-looking, but honestly it works for the game. There is a ton of levels and content for the price. I’m not even that far yet and I’ve already got my money’s worth (well, my friend’s money’s worth :P ). If you like puzzle games at all, or even if you're just up for something different and challenging, I’d recommend giving this one a try. Definitely underrated and such a awesome puzzle game for the price. 9/10
This is kinda Lemmings, i guess?
