Exoblast is a mix of shoot’em up and arcade game, pimped with synthwave and pixelart. Choose your pilot, your ship and join the arena to confront other players in nervous and punitive matches. Impose your gameplay and reach the top of the tower!
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

"Exoblast" is, well, Pong. Yep, it's Atari's classic 1972 arcade game. The developer added some bells and whistles like different paddles you can use (and made them "ships" for some reason). Ultimately this is just Pong, it's shallower than a Breakout/Arkanoid ripoff, which makes me confused as to why it was momentarily popular... of course that was just a flash in the pan, SteamDB clearly shows mayb e 1 or 2 players a month, presumably someone installing it to see what it is then quickly deleting it. Online play is understandably dead, you won't get a match, and the AI lags terribly, making this thoroughly unpleasant to play... and seriously, what are you doing with your life that you're playing 1v1 Pong against an AI in 2025? This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as you're expected to pay up $16 USD to buy cosmetic DLC. Clearly the developer set out to profit from making this game and locking content, even cosmetics, behind DLC while still pretending the game is free is somewhat misleading to gamers. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
