About
Medieval Japan. An evil daimyo lord has stolen the treasures of Imperial family and hidden them in his castle in an attempt to seize power. As a young Shinobi apprentice, you have decided to sneak into the castle, recover the treasures and return them to their rightful owners to bring prominence to your clan. However, a member of a competing clan has also discovered daimyo's scheme and is on the same mission as you. Do whatever it takes to be the first to recover stolen items and bring honour to your clan.

You control one of two shinobis competing to recover stolen treasures and escape the castle.
You will need to:
thoroughly search the castle to locate and collect all items
hinder your opponent's efforts by setting up tricks and obstacles
if necessary, challenge your opponent in a direct fight
Use all of your shinobi training to accomplish the mission:
ninja's tools: locks and smoke bombs
powerful spirits you can summon to guard items and passages
defensive countermeasures to break tricks set up by your opponent
martial arts if a direct confrontation becomes inevitable
Play against the CPU or another player, over split-screen or network.

Dieses Spiel ist eine Reinkarnation der alten Computerspielreihe Spion vs Spion auf den 8-bit Computern aus dem Jahr 1984. Die alte dreiteilige Videospielreihe basiert auf den Comics aus dem Jahr 1961 von dem kubanisch-amerikanischen Zeichner Antonio Prohías. In dem Spiel wie auch im Original des ersten Teils muss man verschiedene Gegenstände finden. Hier sollte man am besten zuerst die Tasche suchen, da man darin alle Gegenstände gleichzeitig tragen kann. Auf der anderen Seite versucht der Kontrahent einem zuvorzukommen. Trifft man sich in einem Raum kommt es zum Kampf. Der Sieger darf weitersuchen, der Verlierer wird zum Startpunkt zurückgesetzt. Gleichzeitig kann man versuchen dem Gegner durch Fallen den Weg zu versperren oder man versucht seine Gegenstände mit einem Schloss in einem Möbelstück zu versiegeln. Ein Schloss kann man z.B. auf gut Glück öffnen oder mit einem Schwert entschärfen. Zuletzt muss man den Ausgang zur Flucht suchen und entkommen. Es ist ein HIN und HER, wobei man noch ganz zum Schluss gewinnen oder verlieren kann. In seinem Pseudo 16-Bit Pixel-Art-Style macht es eine gute Figur. Das Level und der Schwierigkeitsgrad sind individuell einstellbar. Das Spiel ist immer wieder gut für eine kurze Partie. Die Eingewöhnungsphase liegt bei ca. 50 Minuten.
