(A shotgun that shoots shotgun shells, Skateboard gun, Unicorn horn, etc) [*]Synergies for every weapon and passive items. [*]Secret levels to find and extend your run. But I wouldn't mind this game being the baby's first Isaac game. Awesome bullet hell roguelike game. FYI my playtime is low because I played this game on a different platform and liked it so much that I bought it again on PC.
