Enamored Risks was honestly a pleasant surprise for me. I started it thinking it would be a typical romance visual novel, but it turned out to have a lot more heart and depth than I expected. The story pulls you in quickly, it’s emotional, dramatic, and filled with moments that make you care about the characters and their choices. I found myself really invested in how the relationships would turn out. One of the biggest strengths of this game is its characters. Each love interest has a distinct personality and backstory, and watching their relationships with the protagonist develop felt natural and rewarding. The art style is charming and fits the tone perfectly, and the soundtrack does a great job of setting the mood for each scene. That said, it’s not without flaws. The pacing can feel uneven in some parts, a few story beats happen too quickly while others drag on a bit. Some dialogue options also feel like they don’t affect the story as much as they should. And, depending on your expectations, the overall story length might feel a little short. Even with those minor issues, Enamored Risks is a genuinely heartfelt experience. It’s the kind of game that makes you smile, reflect, and maybe even tear up a little. This game feels like it was made by someone who wanted to make an otome game but forgot to include the part where you actually get interested. The characters are flatter than the visual novel background assets, and the romance has about as much tension as two strangers politely nodding at each other. I kept waiting for the risk or the enamored part to show up, but all I got was clicking through endless dialogue that made me feel like I was being punished for being single. If you’re looking for spice, drama, or literally anything engaging keep it moving.
