Unfair Pack Rates Unfair Pack Drop Rates and RNG System Concerns Dear eFootball Support Team, I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the current player pack algorithm and drop rates in the game. As a dedicated player who puts a lot of time and effort into earning coins, the rewards are extremely frustrating and unfair. It is completely discouraging to spend hard-earned coins on packs without receiving a single featured or Epic player, while watching others easily pull top-tier players like Messi, Ronaldo, or Neymar with minimal expenditure. The RNG system feels completely biased against active players who invest continuous time into your game. I strongly urge your development team to adjust the drop rates, implement a fair pity system for F2P (Free-to-Play) players, and ensure that players who consistently engage with the game are properly rewarded rather than pushed away. Looking forward to seeing positive changes in future updates.
