About
DuoQ is an e-dating sim about romancing another person in an online game. Play alongside Tala, a mysterious stranger met in the fictional FPS game To the Heart. With Tala at your side, you'll solve co-op challenges, learn about her IRL life, and answer the question: is she into you?
Talk with Tala using your real voice, with open ended conversations, a rich narrative to uncover, and plenty of flirting to do!
Overcome multiplayer-like challenges and puzzles, fully playable in single player
Discover collectibles, secrets, and multiple distinct endings
Nope! DuoQ uses voice recognition to track your conversation with Tala, allowing for real time conversations and history. Tala isn't a real person, but using these new technologies, we can tell a new kind of story through the structure of a multiplayer game.
Plus, nothing in DuoQ is AI Generated. We use machine learning to advance the conversation, but we don't use AI to generate voice lines, art, or the story itself. This is a handcrafted game and a labor of love from our team - enjoy!

Edit. I ended up stopping the game a few times when she got stuck and I lost my heart progress. I also didnt get the achievement for starting the game and watching the credits. The achievements seem buggy and she also seems buggy. And losing progress. Not bad. You pretty much have to say whats written on screen but it is more fun to say it than click on the button. It does make it feel more personal. It does need work. It seems like if you do things out of order, she gets stuck. My setup is mouse/ keyboard in the front ports and my mic in my back port. With my hands full. I do have to put things down to talk again. When it came to shooting and jumping, I would say she did a lot better than me. I think the most unrealistic part of this is actually talking to a girl gamer. If you can accept what is impossible, the game is fun. It is super short but it is impressive. Im starting to like the idea of voice commands or a voice ai partner.
Stream 231 - DuoQ 🔑🔑🔑 Developer : The Duo Crew Publisher : USC Games https://store.steampowered.com/app/3677620/DuoQ/ Start off by playing a new game with a random character who you can speak to using your headset or mouse gestures. You can even use this feature to help each other solve the puzzles. As you play through the game, you can charm the other player, insult them, and even befriend them. Progression through the level is fairly easy, and along the way you can find the collectable keys that you will need to secure the treasure at the end of the game. Don't forget though, communication is also key. A novel use of microphone inputs, but it's not as good as one would hope and the game seems to just pick an option based on the inflection of what you actually say. The game play itself isn't bad, and I wouldn't mind a second chapter/level that could be unlocked if you successfully charm the other player and become friends. A solid game however, and worth a play at the very least.

Interesting concept. But the game is unplayable! You cant lower the sensetivity, there is places where you fall under the map and even when you are respawning you keep falling in an endless loop! There is also places where there is no way to progress becouse of the ai. And you have to restart the whole game. I get it, there is prob a single person working on this game. If you need help finding bugs just let me know.
great

Edit: The servers are finally back online! The developers fixed the voice and text input issues, and everything works great now. I was able to easily complete the game and unlock all the achievements. Thank you for fixing it!
this game is great, the graphics are beautiful, the music is charming, the character designs are awesome and i love tala's voice acting BUT i fear i cannot play more than 5 minutes of it without getting motion sick because the mouse sensitivity cant go any lower. imagine im enjoying it all of it through in spirit maybe i should take a dramamine before hopping back in
tala в жoпy всем давала
Just doesn't work. I think the connection or API or service or whatever just isn't available to interpret controls, which softlocks the game at a specific puzzle
Непогано, Можна разок пробігтись з віртуальною дівчіною. Пригода на 30 хвилин, зайшли і вийшли
