It just wasn't fun. I'm a big bloodbowl fan, but this was disappointing.
yuck, what the heck was that?
Got this on sale so I figured it would at least be worth the sale price but I was wrong. It takes about 10 minutes to load even the smallest match and then the AI just stopped working halfway through the match. Had to just sit and wait for it to run out of time each turn... so broken. So sad this has so much potential to be a faster paced take on BB.

Singleplayer has been added some time ago. The problem is that it's you vs the AI only with a set of premade teams. You can't build your own team like in bloodbowl, so why even bother. Good thing, you can make your own maps and you can play 8 teams (1 for each magic wind) with a mix of races in it. Gamerules are ok. Without a singleplayer career mode, I wouldnt recomend this game.
When people still played this game, it wasn't bad. It was a fun experience. However, since this is a MULTIPLAYER ONLY GAME, only in a blue corn moon will you find somebody else to play with. I cannot recommend a dead game, no matter how good or fun it was. They eventually added sorta-singleplayer, but it's just not the same as the other games in the series. Instead look for Blood Bowl or something else similar. This game just isn't worth your time or money.
DO NOT BUY THIS!
I like the idea of dungeon bowl more than the execution. This should be an add on for the general game and not a solo release. Undecided if I actually like it at all now.
No single player campaign and no friends do not equate to a good time.
This game exemplifies the problem with Cyanide Studios' development in taking a promising concept and flushing it down into Sewer Levels of design incompetence. Given that by the time they're done DLCing the poor title to death there's barely a community for it left, so it is a wonder how there is a community at all for any of their games because they've already taught their customers to be wary of the next one. By the time the title shapes up into a proper game - too late!
I like Blood Bowl so I also got Dungeonbowl. It has two features I really like. ONE: You can play mixed race teams base on which college you choose. TWO: I also like the level editor to make custom playing fields. Unfortunately no one to play against except the CPU.
