Dune: Awakening

I was a little unsure about this one, I love Conan Exiles, and Funcom has had ups and downs there. There isn't mods sadly, as the IP holders don't want anything messing with their vison of the world, and I get that. (If there was mods someone would 100% turn this into star wars) But to be honest it doesn't really need them either. There is single player coming (Same as in Exiles), but the online server play is good, I've not touched the PvP yet and don't plan too, no really need now as the Deep Desert has both PvE and PvP options. Strangely only 33% of players have reached the Deep Desert (Which start section of the end game, before you get to deeper into guilds and Landstrad)

Just wanted to put out a quick warning based on a very painful (and expensive) personal experience. The sandstorms in Dune: Awakening have been causing massive, hard PC crashes for me. Apparently, the sudden heavy load spikes during these weather events pushed my system over the edge and it completely fried my power supply (PSU). The repair and replacement set me back a solid 200€. If your fans start sounding like a jet engine when a storm rolls in, or if your PC is already struggling with optimization, maybe hold off on heading out into the deep desert until there’s a hotfix. Also, make sure not to leave the game running unattended, as severe power spikes can create a potential fire hazard. Don't let Arrakis take your hardware with it! Stay safe out there.

Für Fans der Filme ist das ein "must have"! Immer wieder bekommen wir neue Inhalte (auch ingame und kostenlos). Hier gibt es kein "Pay to win". Singelplayer: Bald kann man das Spiel auch Solo (Singelplayer) spielen, dann gibt es keine Ausrede mehr es nicht zu Spielen. Multiplayer: Ich würde empfehlen das Spiel im Multiplayer zu spielen. Es macht einfach Spaß wenn man mit Freunden (die man auch gut im Spiel kennenlernen kann) durch die Wüste zu streift und Abenteuer erlebt. Wer (wie ich) keine Lust auf PvP hat, der muss das nicht machen (auch auf öffentlichen Servern ist PvP nicht zwingend). Man kann alles erreichen ohne je gegen einen einzigen Menschen zu kämpfen. Die Spieler die ich bisher getroffen habe waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das bauen macht erst richtig Spaß, wenn man sein Werk jemand anderem zeigen kann!

Super Spiel. Wer fan vom Dune universum ist und openworld-survival mag wird das spiel lieben. 9/10
