Kinda like Pokemon but better but smaller.
The game is very fun and has a lot of potential. I was surprised, didn't think I would get so into this game after reading all the reviews. I'll include some tips down below in my review if you're thinking about getting into the game. You can play the game for free and it's quite competitive. I've already battled a bunch of different players already. If the developer ever reads this you should continue to make new content for this game and fix the bugs. Add a higher level cap too. People would be more willing to donate money towards the game and you'll get a larger player base too. (The other currency used to buy some of the other cosmetics, etc) These are some of the bugs I've noticed so far in my 11 hours of playing. This will be beneficial to know for the devs and the players. Some are really bad bugs. - The game eventually slows down after a while. Need to restart the client every so often. - My Baxo has both Vampirism skills and isn't giving me extra life steal at level 11. Was stealing 20, still stealing 20 health. Should be 30. The level 11 version of the skill should be Vampirism II. - Sometimes the game locks up and you cannot do anything. Have to restart the client. If you're playing for a longer period of time it will happen a decent amount. - Part of the screen can be black in the city when going to different routes. Have to restart to fix it. - There's probably more bugs but haven't encountered them yet. Even with this said I'm giving this game a positive review because I think it's fun. If you're thinking about playing this game for the first time or maybe you're about to give the game a negative review due to frustration. Here are some tips to help get you started. - Skip the quest where you have to get new clothes for the photoshoot. You don't need to do that right away and you only get 500 coins for completing it. Do that later once you're already established. You can also use event outfits for that quest. - Farm mobs in the first route spawn location when you're first starting out. Can easily run back to heal up your monsters. Sure it sucks at first, but it gets better once you level up and catch more monsters. Try to at least evolve your first monster there. (Level 6) - Save up a lot of in game currency to buy the monster catching balls. The more you have the better. If you miss the % rate of capture goes up. Better to try with like 10-20 balls vs like 2-5 balls. You're just potentially wasting your time catching monsters with only a couple if you end up missing with all of them. It costs 150 gold in game for each ball. Make sure to get the monsters health down to 10-20 before trying to catch them. - You can refarm the NPCs for more gold everyday. So if you already beat the NPCs for their gold in 24 hours you can farm more. The game may seem unforgiving at first, but you have to be patient. The mobs do hit hard if not more than you, but eventually once you get a setup going it's not as bad.
Fun monster battling game with a nostalgic vibe. Catching and training feels rewarding, and the duels are simple but addictive. Great if you enjoy classic creature-collecting games.
