Alright since it's been almost 2 years it's time to give my review of this game. The base game- The base game itself is pretty good the gameplay loop is fun plus with the updates with more stages and modes it has more replay value. Episode battle itself is pretty underwhelming, the motion capture makes some of the cutscenes in this game look awkward as hell but the major what ifs (Sparking episodes) are absolutely fantastic for every character (except goku black) that's it worth playing for it alone. The game has a bunch of details and easter eggs like the old tenkaichi and budokai games that it feels like it was made by actual dragon ball fans. The maps are great they have fantastic destruction but they're should be a bit more of them. The online even though I don't play much of it is also really fun especially with friends but can cause a bit of rage at times. The NEO DLC- This transform the game into something greater. the new characters are fun and maps customization the new mode and everything else about is great. However I've seen some people being mad how it wasn't in the ultimate edition and all i can say is that do your research people. This should go for any game THAT YOU SHOULD NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AT ANYTHING. Do your research on the damn product your buying the ultimate edition clearly stated how you were ONLY getting the DLC 1-3 even before launch. THE DEVS NEVER said anything about you getting any further DLC video games do this type of thing all the time (for example FighterZ) and it's frustrating but try to read the product you are getting before buying. Anyway I do have some complaints like some of the customization and Limit Breaker Journey should've just been part of a free update and some of this content should've been in the base game, it's becoming clear how this game was a bit rushed due to Daima. The Season Pass- This is not that good sadly, the characters are great and have excellent animations dialogue and move sets but everything is else is so lacking especially since the NEO DLC has like twice the content and costs only 5$ extra. You are literally getting 20 characters in this DLC for 30$ and that's it. Overall- This game is amazing it has it's flaws sure but it's a great time now. You can tell how devs of the game are pure dragon ball fans, this game receives 8-9/10. My advice for anyone new trying to buy this game is that by the NEO edition of the game and if you want extra characters to play with then buy the season pass (but i would only really get it if you really like Daima and superhero) and you can also play with mods thanks to unverum if you want even more content which can even provide some fixes to any issues if you have with the game.

Best fighting game ever

O jogo é muito divertido. Ele tem vários personagens, e várias histórias para jogar. Zerei o modo história de todos os personagens do jogo, e digo com propriedade, de todos jogos de Dragon Ball existentes, esse é sem dúvidas o melhor, principalmente em gráficos, combate e campanha. Não tenho oque reclamar, apenas quero dizer que eu gostaria de reviver uma experiência como essa!

Sparking! ZERO é praticamente o Budokai Tenkaichi que a gente esperou por anos. As lutas são rápidas, bonitas e a quantidade de personagens é absurda. Quando começa a pancadaria, é difícil não se divertir. Mas o jogo está longe de ser perfeito. A campanha é meio repetitiva, alguns modos parecem pouco aproveitados e o online pode acabar com sua paciência. E tem o problema dos DLCs. Alguns conteúdos e personagens que chegam depois passam aquela sensação de que poderiam tranquilamente estar no jogo base, principalmente pelo preço cobrado. Comprar o jogo e depois pagar caro para completar o elenco não é exatamente uma Genki Dama no bolso.
