The story's good but the hotel parts need a lot of work and the explanation/tutorial isn't very good at all. I had no idea how to 'renovate the hotel'. It wasn't in the office, it wasn't in reception and it just randomly popped up at some point. Also what the actual hell was any of that plot point surrounding the maid and the shady guy? It felt unresolved. There needed to be some form of southern justice.
