Reasons I've lost a perfect run in this game: The hangman hint references a movie I haven't seen. The hangman hint includes a proper name I've never heard before. I have a more expansive vocabulary than the 'Disorder' minigame. (Tree, Evil, and Dour are all words that minigame doesn't recognize)
Pretty nice standard horror game. Puzzles are easy enough to get by and understand, very much influenced by pop culture. My only gripe is that during the disorder puzzles, there are real words you can type in using the letters that result in skulls, which is absolutely infuriating when attempting to do a flawless run. I wish there were more words programmed in to work, because it feels extremely random, and I have had to memorize which words work and which don't in order to get by with no skulls instead of just being able to type in words I know are real. A lot of the puzzles in hangman rely on memorization as well rather than knowledge or common sense, since many of them are references to media that have altered answers from what they're based on. It's essentially a horror memorization word game, which is fine, it's still fun, but it's not exactly what I was expecting going into it.
>Game about typing words >Doesn't recognise some of the simplest words in the English lexicon
Hangman meets Hostel...... Intense, gory, shocking, suspenseful, awesome horror game. Art style works very well with the theme of the game too. Highly recommend (if you can handle "Saving your Family")....... Also the integrated Twitch feature is great! Well done to the Dev, great work.
This game is amazing!! Me and my chat had an amazing time playing this game. My chat loved how interactive the game was. It kept us on our toes for sure!!. really excited to see how this game evolves!!. thank you for making this game!
Such a fun and engaging ride of a game (and I'm not just saying that because I'm in the trailer). Originally found this on Itchio a few months back, loved it so much, if you're a streamer the Twitch integration is really nice and super engaging for your audience to participate and help out. Took about 20 mins per playthrough, high replayability! Similar to other games like Buckshot Roulette. 10/10 Experience.
Great little horror puzzle game, definitely worth giving it a try. Love all the quirky references. Oh & I was NOT ready for that chainsaw ... :0
A very cool twist on word puzzles. Simple yet effective and twisting your own moral compass and giving you the chills as you frantically try to save your family. Twitch integration is a great feature, looking forward to watching streamers play this along with there own chat. If only mum had got the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Meatloaf....
Absolutely amazing and really underrated game, it's really creative and makes you think for once. Definetly recommend buying it!! It's also nice that you can play it again to improve your score, with different words.
