*Disney Universe* is pure chaotic fun wrapped in Disney costumes. It’s not trying to be deep or revolutionary — it’s basically a party action game that thrives on cooperation, chaos, and dressing up as iconic characters while everything explodes around you. The biggest strength is the co-op experience. Playing with others turns every level into a mix of teamwork and friendly sabotage, and that’s where the game really shines. It’s simple, accessible, and designed so almost anyone can jump in and have a good time. The costume system is a fun idea, letting you run around as different Disney-inspired outfits, each adding a bit of variety to the gameplay. It keeps things light and playful, which fits the tone perfectly. Levels are straightforward but colorful and energetic, pulling from different Disney worlds in a way that makes everything feel familiar and nostalgic. It’s more about vibe and shared moments than challenge or depth. Overall, *Disney Universe* is a lighthearted, co-op-focused action game that’s all about fun with friends, chaotic moments, and Disney-flavored nostalgia. If you go in expecting a serious platformer, you’ll miss the point — but if you just want to mess around and laugh, it delivers.

This game runs perfectly fine in Windows 11 with a pretty big catch. This game was built around 2011, a year Windows 7, and 8 still were the go to operating systems. When put on steam, Disney did not do any upgrades at all, so you must launch it using windows compatibility under properties on the game files. Not hard to do, and after testing this works perfectly fine. Launch using Windows 7 compatibility mode and you should not have any issues. Yes this means you are emulating hardware, but this is an older game now.
