It's sad to remember how much I have loved you.
too bad the game is dead. and there is no game like this... you should have sold it to another game dev for better development and maintenance.
I miss you, my love. You were my favorite FPS, and you still hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for the memories, the community, and every interaction that made the experience so unforgettable. You’re the only game that still feels vivid to me after all these years. It was a big part of my teenage life, and looking back, it was nothing but fun... exactly what games should be, no matter how competitive they get. I would do anything just to relive those moments again.

CoD gave TF2 a very special hug.
I would recommend it, but it's a dead game. Sucks, it really had potential to be amazing.
This game had a chance to be great, but the people behind it are retarded. The game was able to bridge the gap between low skill (Overwatch) and high skill (ET) and took a lot of things from ET. The compromise made was perfect and gave people who loved ET and saw it basically die something new to do. The companies behind this game kept claiming to fix bugs but not actually fixing them. For example the notorious objective duplication bug (which caused many people to lose matches they should've won). They also started catering toward bad players by doing very messy patch-jobs like putting up random wooden planks over spots to prevent people from trickjumping to those spots. There were basically no movement mechanics to learn for common movement (unlike ET), but there were just a few trickjumps you could do if you mastered them and they took that away. The game had a ton of bugs when it was alive and selling it off to a Chinese chicken company didn't resolve any issues. It just gave us a chicken trinket.
Community is mostly garbage, predominantly toxic player base, no updates, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ near abandoned servers. Hard to pickup as a new player because the roughly 100 people that are still active are a bunch of die hard level 100+ douche bags who ***** , kick people, and rage quit lobbies when someone without 1000+ in game hours joins up. That being said, I love this game, I've been playing for 10 years. In its peak it was a FANTASTIC game. No pay to win, fun maps, many characters with different play styles for each. It was and is still one of my favorite games ever. When you get a good, full lobby, its a blast. Sad to see it go the way it has. I really hope it revives one day.
i cant even express how good this game is to you guys, its overly too good to be true, its late for those who not know this games before, but this game has the potential to be greatness, powerful skill, lore, interest builds with same character with different type of play to master. the movement is smooth and ahead of its time and only for 6gb storage. i still remembered years ago in 2015 i was happy, everyday after school i will visit internet cafe just to download this game and play with online friends i made along the way of playing this game. we surprised each others with new movement tech and builds we have never seen before. One days one of us interest in sth else because matching takes too much time, we have come to realize that players are leaving the game so much that's only few hundreds players globally, then below hundreds and then there's only 10 lefts, those 10 randoms were playing with each others in their private room all my friends offline and disappears, i have no one to play with so i just stayed in the training room to practice parkour for a game i know that no one will ever play with me again.
It was a great game... good times. Sadly, it's dead now. 💔
