About
Deadly Obsession is a psychological horror visual novel where you are the protagonist.
You awaken in a dark, unfamiliar basement—confused, alone, and not entirely safe. It quickly becomes clear that you’ve been taken by someone whose affection has crossed into something far more dangerous. A deeply obsessed captor watches your every move, blurring the line between devotion and control.
Every interaction carries weight. Every choice matters.
Will you find a way to escape, or will you be drawn deeper into his twisted version of love?
As the story unfolds, your decisions shape the outcome, revealing hidden truths, emotional fractures, and multiple possible fates. No path is the same, and not all endings are kind.
Prepare for a tense, character-driven experience where psychological pressure, moral choices, and consequence define your journey.

really like the story, the arts amazing but I do think the good endings could have a bit more variety the convenience store started getting a bit old. NOT THAT I DONT LOVE IT ITS ADORABLE. anyway yes peak solid 8/10

This game is really well written, and i enjoyed playing it. The different expressions, the gallery, and the plot of each ending are really good features of this game. Personally, I love these kinds of games.
Luno
is such a cutie. Very peak game ^^
Now is this normally my cup of tea? no but I applaud the Devs for their firm anti AI stance and am pleased to see it.
The game has an interesting and typical yet unique situation, the artwork is phenomenal. I would recommend this to anybody who loves soft yanderes or visual novels in general. Luno who is the main love interest/yandere is an interesting and well developed character who is both soft and sweet with the player however can become aggressive and murderous at one wrong move.
My first visual novel was Doki Doki Literature Club, and after finishing it, I never really found another yandere game that I truly loved. Most of them felt pretty similar to each other or just boring. But this game? Oh my... it was perfect. I absolutely love Luno, and I honestly think I like him even more than Monika from DDLC. I played through several endings, and one of them actually made me tear up. For a game made by a single solo developer, this is a top-tier game. If you're a fan of yandere visual novels, I highly recommend giving it a try.
As a Yandere Lover, This game is Great. Great art and story and my squeamish friend wasn't even that bothered. Hot Man + Hot Words = Love of my life
Aside from a few grammatical errors, this game is really great! I don't have many endings yet, but I am absolutely going to be replaying this game to see more, some of the storylines have me intrigued.
This game gets better the more you play...I give it an 11/10 please make more!!!! I absolutely love how it just gets better and not boring or anything!!! :D Chef's Kiss of Otome Yandere VN! My favorite so far! Much better than those old Newgrounds games like a 10 times improvements...I really missed this Flash Game/Newgrounds Type Experience...and it's free...this game made me cry all nostalgic like. I recommend binge playing Voltage games if you like this and Nekopara for Cat Boys.
If you’re anything like me, you saw the positive reviews talking about how amazing and masterful the game is, and figured they were clearly exaggerating… Well, not really. I think this is actually amazing, with some asterisks When I first saw this game, I saw it was free, but that didn’t completely sell me. It could be a waste of my time, something I'd forget right after finishing one ending or so. But it's anything but. It took me five hours to 100% the game, and I feel those were all well spent, and will be remembered for a long time. I love VNs and the gameplay is expected of one, which is fine. Ain’t broke, don’t fix it. While the music, sound effects, and art aren’t divine masterpieces, I think they work well, especially the art, which quickly grew on me. There’s something about the competent yet not extremely polished-ness that adds to the charm of the game. For one person, this is frankly impressive that the biggest issue I noticed in the game was slightly messed up grammar and spelling. And onto the part that seals the deal for everyone, including me. The story is amazing, don’t get me wrong, its not super unique at first glance, but as you dig in and play through each ending, you quickly notice the uniqueness, from the backstory, to the endings, each one slightly different enough with several having wildly different contexts that it deserves the ‘unique’ endings tagline that's in its description. Luno, the main antagonist/love interest/etc. Is actually very well written, as a yandere can be. He can be nice, and he can be cruel, but it makes sense for his character, and frankly, how he’s written helps you sympathize with him in several of the endings. I personally think this game is worth more than its free price tag, for one person using commissions and some bought assets, this is amazing. I strongly recommend this game to anyone who loves VN’s and who are comfortable with the dark themes all throughout this game. If you play and end with the same feelings about this game that I did, I recommend donating to the creators Ko-fi, either to show appreciation or to help with the new project, as it seems another VN is already in the works.
