Magnificent, just like the previous one. Worth every minute of incredible eldritch playtime.

Do not waste your money, first one is simply more fun
Very fun, but man I really wish they didn't go in the roguelite direction. I really do not like that change at all. For me at least, it slows character progression to a halt, the trinkets you do get seem really underwhelming for 90 percent of them, and the skill unlocks instead of buying upgrades really makes any build you make for your team extremely barebones. Pros, and there's a few. The game definitely didn't lose the occult and eerie vibe from the first game. Monsters are still designed fantastically, the moving animations are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool, and the dialogue is just as great as it was in the first game. The new areas are awesome, ♥♥♥♥ The Shroud though. Great game, just personal preference which mitigates the enjoyment I had for it quite a bit. Nothing objectively wrong with it, 7/10.
