Pomimo nowej formy przemierzania lochów i według mnie prostszej drodze do bossów, gra przyciąga smaczkami takimi jak rozbudowana historia i ulepszenia bohaterów czy nowe przedmioty, wspomnienia, itd. Dla mnie mega, a jak zatęsknię za klasyką to zawsze mogę odpalić część pierwszą :)

play the first one. this is a bit of a mess.

I recommend this game to anyone who likes turn based RPGs/Roguelikes, you will have a good time. The graphics are a lot better compared to the first game, the heroes have a lot of personality added and i like that they gave them their background in-game. The music is very good too, and also the narration by the late Wayne June, although i prefer the one from the first game. With several updates, reworks, DLCs and a new mode added (Kingdoms), the game is better than ever. The game counts with two game modes, Kingdoms and Confessions. You'll need to be patient to unlock all the hero skills in Confession mode, but when you do, the mode is at its best. The most fun is to come up with a good team of your own making and destroy all the enemies, it feels very rewarding. Then we have Kingdoms (my favorite), that is very different and closer to how the first game works, but still feels very enjoyable to play. There's a lot of content for you to enjoy, you won't regret it if you pick it up! I give this game a solid 8/10.
