Crossword Jam: Fun Word Search

No customer service I loved this game and did beautifully until it crashed. I lost all my history even after reinstalling it showed no games won and no countries completed, the only things it continued to show was my 125,000+ games and my 12,000 coins. I tried to get some help to no avail. I decided to keep playing, until I woke up yesterday and had lost over 1000 points in one if the challenges because my games weren’t saved. I went to bed leading by over 1000 points and woke up behind by over a 1000 points. Something is wrong with the app. I deleted the app and looking for a better one!

Changing rules in the middle of the game? I’ve been playing Crossword Jam long enough to have completed the “Journey” through all 187 countries. Two game attributes continue to provide frustration: 1. The uneven playing field, where I must compete against opponents rich enough to score over 25,000 points in a single puzzle; I can’t afford to do that. 2. I have large hands/ fingers. While you added protection against an errant finger to the 60-point help button, you provided no such protection from the 120-point button, which is closer to the playing field than the 60- point one.

Ads are annoying Love the game, but too many ads! Especially the verbal ones. You’ll be in the middle of playing when suddenly a voice starts spouting! So annoying.

Ads The ads always over ride the sound of whatever I have playing in the background.

Rudy This is a fantastic yet intellectually, engaging and challenging quest for words. As an expert in an English language arts pertaining to reading, writing and comprehension, I find this incredibly educational and stimulating content with consistency, however, too many advertisements inundating of commercial ads, destroying the ability to have fun with the game.

Background The picture is very confusing. It’s hard to make out where the letters belong because of some of the visions.

Pop up videos Love the game-playing for years. However, I HATE the little pop ups that intrude on my game. I have turned off the sound/vibration and my ringer sound is low so these are louder and VERY intrusive. I choose to watch videos but Not Those! Stop them please!
