Covet Fashion: Dress Up Game

Disappointed I really used to enjoy this game but lately some of the images for the challenges have been upsetting. Over the last week I’ve seen a model in blackface and a model that seemed dangerously thin and unhealthy. I’m also disappointed that you used to be able to use varying body types but now they are only one size. I hope they can make the app more inclusive and refrain from offensive depictions of models.

BEST GAME EVER!!! I love this game! You can play without spending real money and there is no adds. When something wrong happens costumer service is amazing and helps you out. It is also a game where you don’t have to worry about mindlessly wasting your time. Highly recommend!

Unfair and Greed The prizes are lousy after spending all your diamonds to buy the required items and then they give you the lowest damn score !!!! Really starting to hate this game and I’ve played for years and spent my own money. Not using no more of my money on this BS. Must work for Trump ! Him and his followers don’t give a damn !

Gone downhill Update: just came back to see if all the complaints maybe resulted in adjustments. I see more complaints and one star reviews. So sad. I miss this game. But yay for AI and saving money I guess. Super cute. Also it fascinates me they can’t either respond to all the complaints OR have their AI bots respond. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Used to be really fun but there’s been a distinct change in playability and quality over the last couple months that has resulted in difficult play because of bogus “fashion” trends generated by AI. I had to come here to see if I was the only one super disappointed but all recent reviews are bad. So. Take note.

Was so good This game used to be so fun to play until the recent update of needing diamonds instead of money to enter challenges. I’ve seen people who have played everyday for 12 years quit because it’s not fun, diamonds are hard to earn in the game and the money you have me basically does nothing for you anymore. Sad to see a good game go.

They ruined the game I loved this game, I have played it on and off for over a decade. I stopped playing for the last few years and just started playing again recently and I’m so disappointed. Years ago the game had started pushing more and more to a pay to play game. But now it’s out of control, I used to be fine spending a small amount of money on the game every week. But now if you want to win and enter all the challenges you have to spend an absurd amount of money. They got rid of all the designers they worked with and now only have their own overpriced boring brand. It cost over 1k diamonds to enter many of the challenges now and that amount of diamonds costs a large amount of real money. That’s to enter just ONE challenge. From what I’ve read most people think EA is just trying to suck as much money out of the game as possible until they shut it down. The prices are out of control and they have ruined some of the best parts of the game. They are most definitely trying to ruin it so people stop playing or pay huge amounts of money to play until they eventually give up. EA I know you don’t care what anyone who loved this game has to say. But you ruined a game that so many people loved, I will specifically avoid any game your company owns, you are a perfect example of corporate American greed.

Used to be higher rating I’ve been playing this game for years- but the recent changes are making me consider deleting. The ‘fashion’ component is gone, the ability to use the ‘cash’ earned thru challenges has diminished as the challenges almost all required diamonds to purchase required items and it just feels like the game has become a cash grab with no core value around designers and fashion that used to be there. Extremely disappointed by how this game has become a shadow of what it used to be.

Declined Fun I really loved everything about this game until the change. It seems like the game was evolving, until it wasn’t. It actually back tracked and made it less enjoyable with the changes.

Once Creative, Now Glitchy and Generic I’ve played Covet Fashion for years, and the game has gone noticeably downhill. The authentic designer fashions that once made it great have been replaced with AI‑generated clothing that looks cheap, often the exact same item simply released in different colors. System glitches are constant, and support has become unreliable — giving inconsistent answers and mishandling prize discrepancies by making every fashion house member open their own ticket even when the error is already acknowledged. The game is also increasingly money‑driven, with nonstop paid series challenges and packs pushed at every turn. Overall, a frustrating decline from what used to be a premium experience.

Was good, keyword: was I used to love this game. Now there are less designer brands and more AI generated Covet Basics pieces. Speaking of AI, all of the thumbnails for the challenges are AI generated. How hard is it to hire photographers and/or artists to do these things? The same goes for challenge descriptions and clothes. This is truly disappointing. I’d be less mad at the AI thumbnails if they actually looked okay, but all I’ve seen is trash. The gameplay is still fun, but there are so many bugs and glitches, especially pertaining to the Fashion Pass. I’ve had so many issues happen multiple times and it’s frustrating every single time. I am this 🤏 close to deleting the app. Do better, EA. Do better.
