Covet Fashion: Dress Up Game

Used to be great Loved this game for a long time. Now they’ve gotten rid of designer brand items, are charging way more for items ,both in $ & diamonds, and just recently they put style requirements on the daily challenge which used to be completely open. Not cool. The fun is slowly leaking out of this game. Considering deleting.

Ai Centered App Now. This was probably one of the first games I ever played on a mobile device when I was a little girl. Now I’m 23, I’ve played it on and off for over 10 years and I always loved the unique clothes from all the different brands. Now everything is “Covet Collection” and it’s all just Ai clothes. I can even tell the new prompts use Ai photos and not real models anymore. I’m so disappointed and I will be deleting the app.

hollow shell this game used to be amazing, but over time became more and more of a cash grab. packs are overpriced, you can’t finish a lot of challenges without actual money, and especially ever since they cut the contract with designers and replaced it with ai slop instead of having artists just draw original designs (whoever does the prompts sucks at prompting because they aren’t even /decent/), it no longer is worth even staying for. obviously they don’t care about the customers who have spent money on this game and it’s an insult. deleted the app - to whoever is running it, y’all suck but I know you don’t care

AI is ruining the game Long time player (10+ years). The game has taken a nose dive for the worst over the last year. Since losing the brands and everything is now Covet Basis there’s a serious lack of creativity and styles. Instead, there’s several items that are the exact same item but a slightly different color. Formal dresses used to be my favorite thing to use on my model but now the only options are an ugly patterned dress with a large slit up the thigh or a puffy dress with a thousand ruffles. I love the props, hairstyles, and makeup but those things arent enough to make the game enjoyable anymore when there’s a serious lack of creativity and a major uptick in reliance on AI for designing clothes. Also, there’s a need for new props because we’ve literally had the same flower bouquets for 5+ years. Covet you can do better and please do before I delete the game for good.

Used to be amazing It’s so sad because this game used to be so awesome!! I’m still having a hard time giving it up even tho the developers are completely phoning it in. lately they have begun making their own clothes (instead of using fashion designers) and they’re just making the exact same thing in 10 colors. Not to mention some of the outfits are completely gaudy and ugly. I did like that they made some challenges that didn’t require a season so we could use up some of the unused clothes but they also have 1-3 special events in a week. It’s one thing to drop .99 cents a couple times a week but $7.99?? NO! I’m just not going to spend money on a game where the developers don’t care to make it better. Lately there have been several crashes or glitches and one kept us out of the game for over a week but we came back to 1000 diamonds?!?! Like that buys very little in this game. And I can speak from experience because I have spent an embarrassing amount of money playing this game but I always justified it because it was enjoyable to me —my guilty pleasure —but now, what’s the point??? I have played this game for AGES—it’s been at least 7 yrs which is crazy for a game—I usually get bored. I know it’s time to let go, but it’s been in my life for so long. 😭

Good game they just need to fix it!! You run out of money very veryyyyyy fast and it takes a while to get some back just to spend it all in one game plusssss before you enter a theme it says it’ll be ready in 3 hours then when I finish it it changes to it’ll be ready in 1 day and some days it does that alottttt

Its too basic now The changes have been disappointing , the loss of authenticity, the collaboration with real brands, the unique challenges, the rewards at events... It's just too basic. It repeats the same clothes in different colors through the seasons, and the challenges no longer make sense. I have been a player for years, since 2017.

would make game more fun you earn diamonds and tickets and money. everything in the store is mostly diamonds. there needs to be an option to convert money to diamonds to buy more clothes and do more challenges. it is hard trying to earn diamonds.

Is not the same Ive been playing since 2013, but it got too boring now. The clothes are awful, everything is the same over and over again. I don’t think they are going to improve anytime soon. Shame after so many years.

Bring back the old Covet I used to absolutely love Covet Fashion. I played daily for years because it felt creative, exciting, and authentic. But over time — especially after Electronic Arts (EA) acquired the game — it has changed dramatically, and not for the better. One of the biggest disappointments is the removal of many real designer brands. That was part of what made the game special and realistic. Now we’re left with mostly “Covet Basics,” which are often overpriced and not nearly as stylish or exciting. The rewards system has also become frustrating. Most prizes are just cash, which makes challenges feel repetitive and less rewarding. There’s very little excitement anymore when opening prizes. On top of that, there are frequent issues when purchasing passes or packs, and customer support can take hours (sometimes longer) to respond. For a game that pushes in-app purchases so heavily, that’s disappointing. New levels also recycle makeup and hairstyles instead of introducing fresh content. It makes leveling up feel underwhelming and repetitive instead of exciting. It feels like the focus has shifted from creativity and fun to monetization. I truly miss the old Covet — it had charm, variety, and authenticity. I hope the developers listen to longtime players and bring back what made this game special.
