Don’t Give 30 day free ads, Take Your Money Advertises providing 30 days of free ads with any purchase, but four times now I have encountered the same issue of recurring ads after spending money. Yes I realize I could not spend money, that’s not the point. They are failing to deliver on what they have promised to us, the consumer. And when you write in to support you get the exact same canned answer every time. So much so that I’m almost certain it’s an AI agent I’m corresponding with “Josh” and not an actual person. As “Josh” is the same “person” I get every single time and tells me to do the exact same steps every single time to the point in my original submission I have already said I’ve tried xyz and it’s still not working, but I still have to go through every single canned response with this AI agent. It’s ridiculous and time consuming. They refuse to compensate and refund you money and think giving you 20-30 gems for the inconsideration is adequate compensation. Give your time (and money if you choose) to someone else.

Better make it work with Apple pen and other stylus. The overall is such a good game for both children and adults. I enjoyed playing the game and I like how u don’t have to pay actual money all the time for new levels and places. The only thing that I get my fingers and hands cramped up if I took a long time playing this so it would be a lot better if it’s able to play with apple pen and any other stylus as well. Pls make sure to upgrade it as soon as possible. I’ll be waiting for it in the next update.

Glitchy, out for money I downloaded one of the other apps by the creator so I could get 5 gems, then used all my gems to get cupcakes. I had 33; then the game decided to “crash” a second later (this is the first and only time I’ve ever had this happen), and it took away 11 of my cupcakes. What the heck? Gems are super hard to get if you don’t purchase them with real money too. 🫠

downside. this is a super fun game but i had a lot of levels unlocked and spend real money on this game then all the sudden i wake up and everything’s gone. i went back to level 5 and lost all my progress and the things i spent money on. i emailed yet no action had been taken. other than me getting scammed this is a pretty fun game just don’t spend money on it. i want my money back. (if u can’t tell im pretty mad😭)

Not enough ways to get gems I absolutely love this game and often find myself playing for hours; however, it’s absolutely ridiculous how rarely gems are given. In order to level up appliances or the kitchen’s appearance, some restaurants require 10+ gems that are basically non existent. It’s even rare to earn gems from the casino. I really love this game and it’s sad that the developers are so money hungry. If you don’t have real money to spend on the gems, don’t bother downloading this app.

CONSTANT crashing & overheating This game just wants your money. Give you very little to no gems so then you can’t upgrade anything. And EVERYTHING needs gems to update. Yes you can’t plant seeds to get gems but it takes 80 hours, but if you want to reduce the time, you can watch ads. Watching ads will cause your device to overheat. I thought it was just my iPad, but it overheats my phone too. Then there’s the crashing, after watching ads, many times the app crashes so you watched an ad for no reason because they won’t give you your reward because the app crashed due to the ad. This app is trash: poor ad integration, memory/ resource management issues, app instability issues, reward delivery failures, performance optimization issues, backend synchronization concerns, and just quality assurance concerns. I'd recommend prioritizing stability over adding new content for a few updates. The ad system appears to be the main source of problems, so profile CPU, GPU, memory, and battery usage during ad playback to identify what's causing devices to overheat. Test with different ad networks and devices, and consider replacing or updating any SDK that's causing instability. If the app crashes after an ad, players should still receive their reward. Save the reward state immediately after the ad completes or let the server verify the completed ad so a crash doesn't erase the reward. Since the game updates frequently, I'd also improve the release process by expanding beta testing, adding automated crash monitoring, and reviewing crash reports before pushing updates. Frequent updates are good only if they improve reliability; otherwise they risk introducing new bugs while existing ones remain unresolved. That info, I’ll tell you for free because not everything should cost money. And those gem shards are a joke and insult.

Fun but dead end game The gameplay itself is fun and can definitely keep you hooked for hours. I've been playing this game on and off for over two years. Mostly off, and after coming back to it, I'm reminded why I end up taking such long breaks. My biggest issue is how slow progression feels. I understand the game needs to make money, but it feels like upgrading your kitchen and restaurant becomes unnecessarily difficult. Almost everything requires diamonds, yet when you level up, you only get 7 diamonds no matter how far you've progressed. That's usually not even enough to unlock a single kitchen or restaurant upgrade, so you have to level up several more times just to afford one item. The other option is using the slot machine, but that also requires spending a lot of coins, and the rewards aren't guaranteed. Not to mention, the cost goes up with every spin, so you're spending more and more coins each time. After a certain point in each restaurant, it feels like you can't beat the levels unless you've upgraded your equipment and decorations. That makes the game start to feel repetitive because you're stuck trying to earn enough resources before you can make any progress. There are a few ways to earn extra diamonds, like watching ads, but those rewards are pretty limited and only reset once a day. Even buying diamonds doesn't feel like a great value. For the price, you don't get very many, and it can feel like you're spending close to $10 just to upgrade one item, with maybe enough left over for a couple of smaller upgrades. Overall, it just feels like you're pushed toward spending real money if you want to keep progressing at a reasonable pace. I really do like the game, but it gets frustrating when it feels like the only way to make decent progress is by spending real money. That takes a lot of the fun out of it.

Customer support is trash I’ve made purchases and have played this game a lot. All of a sudden all my purchases and progress has been wiped from the app. I tried to reach out via support and have gotten ignored. This is how they treat a paying customer, I can’t recommend anyone trust this company!
