Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I’ve played both CSD1 and CSD3, and I’d read a few reviews saying that Cook, Serve, Forever is more story-driven than focused on the gameplay mechanics of the earlier games. I thought I’d give it a try — bought it a few months ago, but ended up refunding it almost immediately because I found the gameplay pretty boring. Then I saw it bundled together with CSD1 and CSD2 at a pretty good price. Since I wanted to play CSD2 anyway, I figured I might as well give this another shot. After sitting through a few more levels and getting the hang of the keys and buttons (I played with a controller), I found the gameplay somewhat decent. That said, it still doesn’t give me anywhere near the same excitement I get from the other games in the series. I especially disliked the Blitz levels. The time limits feel incredibly punishing, and getting a Gold rating felt close to impossible for me, particularly while playing with a controller. Maybe it’s easier with keyboard and mouse, but I found it more frustrating than fun. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this to avid CSD players who are looking for the same gameplay mechanics and intensity as the earlier games. However, if you’re okay with something more story-focused and don’t mind the change in gameplay, I’d say give it a try. The story is actually pretty good, and I enjoyed the easter eggs and references to the wider CSD lore. Not my favourite in the series, but definitely worth a try if you’re here more for the story than the cooking chaos.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

i gave it a try after reading ALL reviews (including the positive ones) and since i love the other games from the devs. So.... what can i say? this is horrible. I dont get it. Its like Guitar heroes but worse. Even if you know that this has nothing to do with the good old Cook Serve Delicious Games its still a BIIIIIIIIIIG disappointment. Looking at the very bottom of the screen pressing unflowy combinations of 4 buttons all the time. as i said: guitar hero in much worse. thats what it is. sorry.
