Honestly, this is really frustrating. I can’t even send a simple friend request to my friend so we can play together. We used to play this game all the time, and now something as basic as adding a friend doesn’t even work. I don’t understand how things got this bad. Season 1 was so much better. The game didn’t have all these ridiculous problems back then. Now, not only can I not add my friends, but I can’t even properly recover my own account. My account was linked to Steam and my Gmail, yet no matter what I try, I still can’t get it back. How is there not a proper and reliable account recovery system? Why should I spend money on a game when I can’t even trust that my account will be safe or recoverable? And the worst part is that I actually love this game. I genuinely think it’s a great game with a lot of potential. That’s why it’s so disappointing to see the developers seemingly ignore these basic issues. Please fix the game. Fix the account recovery system, fix the friend system, and actually listen to the players. People want to support this game, but you have to give us a reason to trust you first.
