Coloring Game 4

A game that has most of its achievements locked behind DLC. The only benefit this game offers for me personally is the methods used for the pixel art. Otherwise, this game leaves me asking a lot of unanswered questions. Like, where are the artists credited? The styles are far too different from one another for me to believe that this is all a singular artist, with only some pictures having names that I can only assume are an artist. Many of images feel like they have a pixel filter applied (A very competent one at that) instead or actually being designed with the medium in mind. The gameplay itself isn't anything to write home about. It's a paint by numbers game for pixel art. It's simple enough, but the software created to achieve this goal has a lot of interesting features. This is well and good, but there's nowhere where these features are listed. You'll be pressed to discover them all on your own. Only recently did I discover some features that would have saved me a good hour from looking around an image for a pixel that I missed. Another reason I personally dislike this game is because the creator has seemingly decided to include works of AI in their latest titles, which I do not support, though I believe this game itself is AI free. Many of the packs seem to only vaguely tied to the "theme" they are associated with, or focus on very few aspects. For example: The Cats & Dogs pack has plenty of cats and dogs, but there's a lot of them that are wearing hats of some kind for some reason. And the final largest canvas sized images are pop culture references that use human bodies with cat and dog heads. It's very disappointing. The Cyberpunk pack on the other hand only focuses on... Wires going into people's heads, neon cityscapes and sexy women. There's very little of the cybernetics that I associate most with the theme. All in all, it's a very disappointing experience. If you're looking for something "Relaxing" to play, you might find yourself annoyed with the choice of imagery, which I didn't find relaxing in the slightest.
