Close the Window You just installed the new OS, called Ruindows. It worked well for a week but suddenly some erros related to this version started to popping up on screen, you need to close these errors before it's too late! Every time you click on 'start' there's a slight chance to invoke the farm mode!

If anyone remembers Neopets, the petsite had a Flash game very similar to this called Advert Attack--you're watching a livestream of a spaceship race and have to continuously close popup adverts while cheering for your favorite racer. Close The Window is essentially the same thing, albeit not an in-browser Flash game, and without a lot of the bells and whistles that give the Neopets version replay value. The difficulty never increases. You can click on the popups anywhere, not just on the actual closing X. Normal rounds are slow with only about 1 windows every second or two (vs "farm mode" where it's like, 5 times as fast and much nicer to play). It's an OK game, especially since it's pretty cheap (I got my copy in a bundle so it was discounted) and has achievements, but I wish it was a little more difficult.
Don't waste your time or push yourself if you ain't going for achievements. Boring clicker.

No story, no gameplay, bad graphics, boring. The only reason to play this game is the achievements. Easy 100%.
Close The Window! is a pretty awful mobile clicker game with a joke premise - you have a new operating system installed and it's buggy, so you have to close all the windows that keep popping up. Closing enough windows lets you buy upgrades that increase the rate/rewards for closing windows, ad nauseum. I get some people might like a mobile screen tapper game like Voodoo Garden as a casual gaming experience, but the quality here is so bad, it wouldn't be enjoyable for people who are fans of that kind of thing. The joke premise is amusing for roughly 5 seconds and may even cause a mild exhalation, but probably not genuine mirth. The only truly funny thing about "Close The Window!" is the developer wants $1 USD for it.
So FUN!
You have to unlearn everything you've learned about closing windows. The X doesn't close them, but instead you have to click anywhere within the window.
As an IT technican - rel
It was the first time I wasn't getting paid for this. Instead I paid for this. How this could happened?! - DIFFICULTY - ☑️ My 90 year old grandma could play it - GRAPHICS - ☑️ "MS Paint" - MUSIC - ☑️ There is no music - only annoying SFX of pop-up windows. - STORY - ☑️ This game has no story - PRICE - ☑️ Overpriced - REQUIREMENTS - ☑️ You can run it on a microwave - LENGTH - ☑️ Very short (0 - 3 hours) - FUN - ☑️ I'd rather watch paint dry - REPLAYABILITY - ☑️ Only for achievements - WORTH BUYING - ☑️ Wait for sale
This is a game that's supposed to be about closing windows. Yet it doesn't even manage to do the one thing it's supposed to do correctly. The windows are closed by clicking literally everywhere else other than at the red X. It's really a wonder to goof up such a simple game design. But of course, even if it worked, this would have been the worst cookie clicker I've ever seen so far. The menu is terrible with buttons being bugged, there is a very short time limit for some ungraspable reason, the sound is awful and it doesn't feel like a game even for clicker games standard. 1/10
