Far Too Many Ads Fun games but way too many lengthy ads. Deleting the app. Sad.

Реклама С некоторых пор появилась реклама игры, в которой кнопка , закрывающая рекламу, неактивна. В следствие этого приходится закрывать игру, при этом теряются накопленные бонусы. Крайне недовольна этим фактом. Почему используя рекламу, не проверяете ее. Или же это сделано намеренно, что бы все пользователи игры покупали возможность не видеть рекламу.

One of my fav games BUT……. The amount of ads is ridiculous. Sometimes it will only let me play one or two rounds and will show me another 4 or 5 minute ad. Some you can click out of, but others last 5 minutes or so. It is very discouraging when all you want to do is sit, relax, and play a game…. Many other games that are ALSO free have no ads, so what’s the deal?

Overrides IOS settings and now forces you to play what it wants you to play Even with global background refresh turned off for everything including clockmaker, when you check the individual settings for this app background app refresh is turned on and cannot be deselected. Creepy and a security threat. What else has this app disabled? And now players have less autonomy than before because the game wants to decide what you play when and it keeps dragging you to where it wants you to go. These developers keep moving in the wrong direction.

Too Many Ads! Fun game but I deleted because of WAY too many ads & pop up offers!

Toooo many ads!!! Great game play, but CONSTANTLY promps for payments or very long ads! Terrible.

Way Too Many MTX Pop-Ups I finished one level, and was “rewarded” with 8 different pop-ups for me to buy this bundle, get this sale before it’s gone forever, and make sure you turn on notifications for more bundles to follow after saying no. I get you want to make money, but this feels borderline predatory.

Frustrated By Ads From Which It’s Impossible To Exit Could you please fix the ads so that the ‘X’ appears once it has played through? As of now, it doesn’t always appear and I’m forced to close the game app and reopen it. I understand why ads are necessary, but if I have to keep closing the game to play it, I’m going to one of my other games and forget about Clockmaker for a few weeks. | 09Dec25 I have deleted the game. Accused of “suspicious activity”. I can only guess it’s because I played it too much & I don’t want FB tracking my progress. ‘Bye!

Too many ads Really tired of all the ads that take so long to end. There are even ads when you win the puzzle!

Pay to win This game looks nice and I like the idea of the story and rebuilding the town. But it very quickly becomes just another pay-to-win game with endless pop ups asking you to make micro transactions after every level or every loss. I know the developers have the canned response that “all levels can be passed without making any purchases” but the reality is that this isn’t the whole truth and is, in fact, disingenuous. The level difficulty increases rapidly and to the point that even a skilled player can become stuck on the same level for days or weeks if they do not purchase power-ups and other aides. While it may be true that eventually, after weeks of playing the same level over and over, it can one day be beaten, that doesn’t mean that it is fun or enjoyable to be stuck in the same place for that long. The game is designed to frustrate you, then bombard you with the pop ups asking you to make purchases, knowing that many people will eventually give in and make a small purchase. Then after that it becomes easier to hook them into making another purchase the next time they get stuck, and so on. These types of games are designed to prey on people who are predisposed to gambling, and to hook them in the same way. So with all of that being the case, I am uninstalling. I don’t gamble, and the game isn’t worth sinking money into simply to be able to advance to the next level. I dislike this business model and choose to only play games that are fair.
