Unfair Matchmaking and Compensation Request Hello, I am playing at around 9300 trophies and I am consistently facing a serious matchmaking issue. My cards are only level 12–13, yet I am constantly matched against opponents with maxed level 16 cards and towers. This level gap creates a huge and unfair advantage, making many matches effectively unwinnable regardless of skill. As a result, I am losing trophies and progression due to an obvious imbalance rather than gameplay mistakes. This issue appears to be systematic at high trophy ranges and significantly impacts the overall player experience. Because of this ongoing imbalance, I would also like to request compensation for the losses and unfair matches I have experienced (such as gold, cards, or other in-game resources). I hope you take this issue seriously and work towards a fairer matchmaking system. Thank you.

Hero ruined this game After Heroes completely ruined the game, I’m done. I’ve played this game for over 10 years, but Heroes changed everything for the worse. Now every match requires me to think about too many things at once, and instead of being fun, it just feels exhausting. The constant Hero balance changes make it even more frustrating. Every update feels like a new mess to deal with. Maybe the company made good money from Heroes. People probably bought them out of curiosity and because they were overpowered. But that doesn’t mean it was good for the game. Sooner or later, people get tired. I know I did. A game shouldn’t feel like work. It shouldn’t leave you mentally exhausted after a few matches. I think it’s already gone too far. The game just isn’t fun anymore. After 10 years, Heroes are the reason I’m finally walking away.

Same old garbage The reason this game is a waste is because of how it’s system constantly finds a hard counter. You won’t face a random player most times. It matches you on cards and finds counters all the time. Either you’re their counter or they’re yours. You can’t simply have fun making random decks. You either go meta or bust. So disappointed. In spite of whatever mode they offer… it’s the matchmaking that kills this game.
