A weirdly cool game that's definitely worth the 3 bucks. Is surprisingly challenging but IS actually beatable with a bit of luck, strategy, and the right mutations.
okay but now GIVE ME CHEESE
Neat little game for (at the time w/o discounts) 3 dollars. You just try not to starve trying to get the big old cheese. There are some modifiers that don't have a purpose for your side (flies and lotus) but I hope they will gain some purpose at a future update. In short, it's pretty fun little game that I'm hoping to see more.
A simple roguelike-deck building game that wears it's Inscryption inspiration on it's sleeve. However, this doesn't make the game feel too derivative; the changes Cheesequest makes to the gameplay formula of Inscryption changes up how you approach winning each battle significantly, yet still captures that adrenaline pumping tensity that Inscryption has where it feels like the tables could turn with one round (for better or wosre) at any moment excellently. While the game in it's current state can feel very samey since there are few cards, and there being no way to permanently remove cards from your deck (to my knowledge) making it feel very hard to strategize during later rounds, the foundation this game has set is extremely solid and I look forward to see what a full release will look like.
Pretty cool. The game seems poorly optimized though. It was stuttering like hell on my computer at times, and I can run modern games on at least high settings, if not ultra. Fun, just, wish it didn't stutter.
Haha, this game really took me by surprise. I was expecting a meme game, but instead, I got a very fun card battler. Looking forward to the full release!!
The game seems interesting but it is an obvious rip off of Inscryption with a long unskippable tutorial and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ humor.
