celeste has all you can ever want in a video game: an old woman a paranoid protagonist paranoid protagonist but purple strawberry overdosing (like a drug) your average instagram user fat hotel owner red slop wind so strong that IT CAN GO UPWARDS angry blocks cassette tapes if you hate your life blue hearts that are impossible to find those stupid jellies and a crap ton of hours of your life wasted on farewell but hey, theres calm music that'll help you in your fcked up journey! :D 10/10 pls granny come back

Celeste is generally reminiscent of Jump King, so it’s an absolute must-play for JK fans. The controls are responsive and precise. Just one thing: as a player who prefers the keyboard, I’d strongly recommend using a keyboard that supports simultaneous key presses, because for some tricky moves it really does make life easier ._., as it saves you from wasting time practising sequential combinations. The game is also relatively forgiving — the level is split into numerous rooms with a respawn point after death. The mods are fun and also essential if you’re planning to do speedrunning. The storyline is perfect: it’s all about trial and error, which ties in very well with the game, as you’ll die literally thousands of times on a single level.

Trans people can double jump..... Lena Raine is my GOAT. Fantastic game, I don't think I've ever played a game that conveys emotion through music as well as Celeste does (Also, how the game rewards continuous struggle and pain with relief and accomplishment is very akin to gender dysphoria in my eyes 👀). An all-time favorite for me!
