If organising is your thing, this is really fun. Cute visual design and a nice length, too.
This game perfectly scratches that itch in my ADHD brain. It's a decent amount of busywork for the mind with no time limit, and it's not just braindead button pressing, since everything's gotta be organized, which becomes more and more of a task as new things are unlocked. When mistakes are made, you're not punished, a package is simply returned and you get the chance to try again. If you're someone who hates sitting and doing nothing for a long amount of time, this is the perfect game to have on in the background during a lecture, phone call, downtime during a TTRPG, or it just even works as a great way to unwind after a long day. The aesthetic is super cute, the names and dialogue really makes it feel like a magical lil world populated by lil kitty cats, and has enough interaction to not make the place feel too empty or lonely. This game is an absolute delight, and fills a niche in my life that I was craving: a low-stakes busywork game that I can multitask or unwind with. I'm gonna try and convince some friends to get the game too so I can experience the multiplayer mode~ Seriously, get this game! Support the devs! Change your cattitude and be the postmeowster you were born to be!
sort mail for cats
A very chill and relaxing game to unwind after a tiring day of work. At first, it was quite fun. However, I am honestly disappointed with the paid version. I spent my hard-earned money to buy this game, not to play the exact same content available in the free demo. I understand that the game is in Early Access, but at the least, it should offer something different - a story mode? Buying the full game only to find no noticeable changes from the demo was a major letdown. After spending 9hours playing, I just felt frustrated. The gameplay quickly becomes repetitive, boiling down to leveling up and unlocking new doors with nothing else changing. You go to work, but you earn no money - only EXP! To make matters worse, the ship keeps traveling to places with very few orders while my shelves are completely overflowing with boxes that the ship won't even visit. Anyway, this is not a bad game at all. Generally speaking, it is quite decent for current standards, but it's still far from enough because the content is far too limited. I truly loved this game when I played the demo, but right now, I somewhat regret my purchase. I really hope future updates bring meaningful changes to make it less boring. Adding a mechanic to buy extra shelves or decorations would give players much more motivation to play. It would also help to introduce penalties for mistakes, such as delivering the wrong items, putting on the wrong labels, or damaging packages. The foundation is there, but the devs seriously need to add fresh content so players don't feel like they just paid for an extended demo!
Petit jeu cozy très sympa, je n'ai pas testé en multijoueur mais j'ai passé un bon moment en solo :)
Gameplay Genre: Sorting Story Genre: Mystery Story/Gameplay Ratio: 1:5 **Gameplay** Ideas: 7/10 | It's just mail sorting, but their systems and concepts are actually pretty robust and have just enough variety to keep things fun without being confusing. Execution: 9/10 | Somehow incredibly fun despite the constrained nature of both the environment and the gameplay structures. **Story** Ideas: 9/10 | Actually a pretty interesting story, if a simple one. Execution: 9/10 | Provides interest and purpose for the game while staying neatly out of the way of the core gameplay loop. **Characters** Ideas: 8/10 | Some fun, silly, simple characters (that is, for the two characters that actually recur). Execution: 7/10 | I would have loved to see a little more thought and effort put into the customers, maybe a couple of recurring ones that have more depth to their personality, but the randomized set of tone differences actually helped a lot in making them feel a lot less monotonous. As for Charlie and the Captain, they're fun without being disconnectedly complex. **Visuals** Ideas: 8/10 | A cute, cartoony art style with all kinds of cat theming- I love it. Execution: 9/10 | It's rare that 3D games manage to pull off the charm that 2D games can, especially when they're trying to be cartoony- but this one does it spectacularly! Cohesiveness: 10/10 | Smooth progression from one thing to the next, all building on ideas that are introduced early. Personal Favor: 9/10 | Adorably simple sorting game about cats- what's not to love? **OVERALL RATING:** 9/10
very fun
I have always wanted to work in a post office. This game has fulfilled my expectations and given me something to look forward to when I get home. You can take your time, find collectables, and just have fun! If you love cats and organize this is the game for you!
