Cat Go! Ultimate Challenge

Warning: Misleading screenshots and description This is an endless runner with fixed camera and linear levels, contrary to the impression from the video and most screenshots. Only 1 of 8 levels has free roam, and it doesn't have any gameplay aspect. Of 11 screenshots on the store, only 4 represent the runner levels in the way you will play them. 3 are runner levels with cameras you can't access, and 4 are from the one free-roam area. The graphics are nice, the cats are cute, the music is lovely. The levels are fun and interesting so long as you can get past having to replay because of obscured obstacles. I feel like I got my $2 out of the game. ----- More detailed criticism: The runner levels are unforgiving in a way that doesn't seem intentional. Because the camera is fixed behind the character it's not possible to see beyond many jumps, ramps and barriers. This is particularly harsh when it's hiding a sequence of immediate jumps and/or platforms with uneven edges. An alternate camera from above and to the side would really really help. And some general signs of unrefinement which seem like they just needed a bit more care to fix: - Popup dialog and a few other places were left in the default engine text box, A few textboxes have not been translated in the English setting. - Some textures are missing or broken, eg, underwater in free-roam the floor in the tunnel with branches and debris. - There is no control setting or description, aside from a text popup in the first level - There is no camera control in the runner levels - The player cat is stuck facing forward, not turning or angling - despite being able to in the one free-roam area. - On runner levels jumping at an angle does not cause an angled model. You can not look around or change viewpoint either. The screenshots with this must be from a different build or developer view.

Когда котик бежит, так построены локации, что иногда не видно что впереди, с первого раза да и с третьего не прыгнуть! В остальном самая лучшая игра в мире!

Поиграв 2 часа в игру могу сказать - игра сделана качественно . В игре нам предстоит играть за кота и проходить разные препятствие, а также собирайте рыбок в своем путешествии и делитесь ею с Котофеем, который взамен нам даст множество шяпок.

I did enjoy this, even if it took over 2 hours to beat level 7. It's fun and challenging, you have to time a lot of jumps *just* right. But, level 8 is broken and you can't complete it, so i hear. I know i can't. I got my money's worth for less than a couple of quid. Could be better, could be worse.

Temple Run clone featuring cats and the worst jumping physics you'll ever encounter. The number of times my jumps weren't registered properly, resulting in my death, is astounding. The last level is also extremely buggy, with some people unable to finish it due to too many frames and pixel perfect jumping. It's an absolute mess of a broken Unreal Engine game that will frustrate you more than its worth.
