Fun little mini games! I enjoyed it
"Cartoon Network Journeys VR" is not a game. Games need functional gamelike interaction and core loops, which do not exist in this "art experience". In place of being a game, "Cartoon Network Journeys VR" is a software application that presents a mediocre Youtube Video This is a garbage VR tech demo movie bearing the Cartoon Network name, logo and brand, so I'm really surprised they decided to burn their brand to the ground by releasing three short Youtube videos of deplorably bad quality onto Steam Direct. We encounter this non-game junkware on Steam because film school dropouts want exposure and formal art circles aren't interested (because their work is crap), so they upload their Youtube video to Steam because nobody cares about their trash on Youtube. Why is this good for gamers? For those who don't know what defines a game, a "game loop" explains the interaction and feedback a gamer gets while playing a game. An obvious example of a game loop would be in games like Forza, where you drive a car in a circle. If you're faster and more skillful than the other drivers, you get rewarded for first place, then you find yourself back at the starting line for the next game loop iteration. Even open world/sandbox games like Minecraft feature a core game loop where you search for materials, use them to construct something, which rewards you in terms of increasing your progression and allowing you to repeat the next loop to get more and better materials. Those are game loops. There's no such game loop here, no real interactive feedback. It is simply not a game, it cannot be "played". This has been deceptively released in the "Games" section of Steam rather than the "Software" section. This is a frequent error for "developers" who are new to Steam, or fail to grasp the difference between games and non-game software. It appears this software listed as a game is just a result of zero experience or ignorance of the proper process. Here's a link for the process to publish non-game software/non-game "art experiences" on Steam: Steam Developer Help With Software Publishing It's unfortunate this process was not known about/followed, resulting in a non-game "art experience"/Youtube video being published in the wrong place. Publishing Youtube videos on Steam in the Games section as games is misleading to gamers and somewhat harmful, because it pollutes the Steam marketplace and takes away visibility and market exposure for genuine game developers who do the right thing and make games for gamers. There are no gameplay loops in this rejected film school dropout exhibition, no "gameplay", no meaningful game like interaction. As such, this has no merit as a video game for gamers, and so I cannot recommend this non-game as a game to gamers. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 9 concurrent players... a dismal public reception. Out of tens of millions of daily Steam logons, almost nobody bothered. Even though it's "free".

Great little adventure. Good humour, especially if you are a fan of RIck and Morty. Its in the same style.
Yes.
I can't believe this is free, easily one of my favourite vr games, the bee one made me cry.
I'd say this is a VR must play, given the pricepoint. Lots of fun little experiments, and while they don't all land, it's a good time.
Jest To Impress's King Mode singlehandedly made this game super replayable, it's a whole lot of fun
