The repair loop is ridiculously satisfying: diagnose problems, replace parts, rebuild engines, restore junkyard disasters, flip cars for profit, then pretend buying more tools is “business investment.” Barn finds and auctions give you plenty to chase, and there’s always another job waiting. It can get repetitive, and the actual driving is pretty basic, but if taking broken cars apart and making them shiny again sounds relaxing, congratulations, you’ve found your second unpaid job.
