Capsule Hotel Simulator

I liked Bed Lying Simulator 2020, it was a weird experience with some nice ideas. But these ideas are missing in Capsule Hotel Simulator. Besides lying there, nothing happens. [h1]？？？？[/h1] キュレータからレジストしてプレイ。 何がシミュレータなのか全く理解できないゲーム。 テレビが見える画面（静止画しか映らないがｗ）とノートPCを開いた画面、ちょっと左向いた画面、それぞれ室内灯のON/OFF。 ・・・それだけである。 しかも、VR対応していないのになぜか無意味にSteamVRとOculusVRを起動してくるのはなんなん？ 個人的なコストパフォーマンスの定義とは5000円で100時間遊べること、つまり、このゲームは100円で2時間遊べたらオススメしてもいいが、11分頑張ったがEAと言えど残念ながら我慢の限界だった。

If you wonder why the game is so cheap, it's because the entire gameplay consists of of about 4-5 interactions that you also have to figure out yourself (arrow keys, 1-5 number keys). You will see everything the game has to offer in about 5 minutes of gameplay. If you "speedrun" you can see everything in about 20 seconds. Buy it as a gag gift or if you got $1 to spare, it's not like it's a lot of money. But don't expect to get more than about 2 minutes of gameplay out of it.

[h1]What is this?[/h1] An extremely simple "laying simulator," wherein you experience laying in a capsule hotel bedroom, and... that's about it. You have a small handful of very simple interactions you can engage in. There is no "gameplay" beyond those interactions. You can see all of them within seconds of starting the experience if you wish. You cannot leave the capsule, nor is there a goal or a metagame. [*]There's some interesting, if a tad depressing (yet relatable,) dialogue included that makes me tend to think this wasn't just a lark or a joke to its creator. Without spoiling it, it sort of speaks to the reason one might want to escape, however briefly, into a "game" such as this in the first place. One of the interactions involves rolling over to your left side, and when doing so, the camera can clip through the character model (which normally we can't see at all, due to the first person perspective.) This leads to some amusing clips through the model, but does also at least allow us to see the face of the person we're inhabiting partially. [*]Some extremely basic and bog standard robotic speech to text dialogue (the aforementioned depressing content) can be heard the first time you zoom into the laptop computer. It's hard to tell if this was intended to be humorous by being so cliche, or if it's a limitation due to lack of voice acting resources. (It only happens once, though. And the actual content of the text is, if a bit melancholy and cliched, at least relatably human.) I like oddball immersive experiences that exist for no purpose other than to be had. Especially at this price. It's soothing and atmospheric. Definitely not for everyone, but worthwhile for me.
